Mengapa engkau berbantah dengan Allah, bahwa Allah tidak menjawab segala perkataanmu?

Karena Allah berfirman dengan satu dua cara, tetapi orang tidak memperhatikannya.

Dalam mimpi, dalam penglihatan waktu malam, bila orang nyenyak tidur, bila berbaring di atas tempat tidur,

maka Allah membuka telinga manusia dan mengejutkan mereka dengan teguran-teguran

untuk menghalangi manusia dari pada perbuatannya, dan melenyapkan kesombongan orang,

untuk menahan nyawanya dari pada liang kubur, dan hidupnya dari pada maut oleh lembing.

Dengan penderitaan ia ditegur di tempat tidurnya, dan berkobar terus-menerus bentrokan dalam tulang-tulangnya;

perutnya bosan makanan, hilang nafsunya untuk makanan yang lezat-lezat;

susutlah dagingnya, sehingga tidak kelihatan lagi, tulang-tulangnya, yang mula-mula tidak tampak, menonjol ke luar,sampai nyawanya menghampiri liang kubur, dan hidupnya mendekati mereka yang membawa maut.

Jikalau di sampingnya ada malaikat, penengah, satu di antara seribu, untuk menyatakan jalan yang benar kepada manusia,

maka Allah akan mengasihaninya dengan berfirman: Lepaskan dia, supaya jangan ia turun ke liang kubur; uang tebusan telah Kuperoleh.

Tubuhnya mengalami kesegaran seorang pemuda, ia seperti pada masa mudanya.

Kadang orang bertanya apakah ada sebuah cinta sejati? Istilah “jodoh tak akan kemana” seringkali kita dengar. Apakah itu benar adanya,atau hanya sebuah tindakan defensive dari orang-orang yang “gagal” dalam percintaan mereka? Pertanyaan ini sering muncul di benak saya. Sebagai seorang lajang dengan usia masih kepala 2 tentunya jodoh, pernikahan, kehidupan stabil masih menjadi angan-angan dan mimpi belaka. Namun, mungkin untuk wanita dengan usia kepala 3 hal-hal itu sudah menjadi pertimbangan bahkan menjadi fokus hidup mereka. Tekanan dari keluarga menjadi salah satu faktor mengapa wanita-wanita yang sudah tidak muda lagi itu mulai cemas dan sedikit meragukan keberadaan “sang jodoh yang disiapkan Allah”.

Manusia memang diciptakan berpasang-pasangan, dan memang sudah kodratnya untuk berkembang biak dan memenuhi bumi. Tapi yang menjadi pertanyaan besar adalah: jika manusia memang diciptakan berpasang-pasangan, lalu mengapa populasi kaum wanita lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan laki-laki? This thing leads to a BIG QUESTION MARK. Konsep jodoh menjadi tidak lagi relevan jika dikaitkan dengan fakta tersebut. Bagaimana mungkin pasangan dapat dibentuk jika jumlah antara satu barang dengan pasangannya tidak sama. Hal inilah yang kadang dijadikan alasan bagi kaum pria untuk memiliki istri lebih dari satu. “ Toh Nabi Muhammad SAW saja istrinya lebih dari seorang”. Alasan yang memang masuk akal jika ditilik dari segi agama dan sejarah. Tapi coba kita lihat dari sisi lain, yang menjadi karunia lebih dari seorang manusia adalah akal budi. Allah membebaskan manusia untuk memilih jalan hidupnya masing-masing dan tentunya dengan konsekuensinya masing-masing pula. Hawa diciptakan Allah dari tulang rusuk Adam dan tujuannya adalah untuk mendampingi Adam, dan pada akhirnya Hawa lah yang menjerumuskan Adam ke dalam dosa. Nah, disinilah sisi menariknya. Saya sama sekali tidak meragukan konsep jodoh, tapi bagaimanapun Allah sejak dulu telah membebaskan manusia untuk menentukan jalannya. Allahuakbar, tidak mungkin Adam dapat jatuh ke dalam dosa tanpa seijin Allah. Korelasinya adalah terkadang manusia terlalu berpasrah dan berserah hingga melupakan satu hal yang paling penting yaitu usaha. Jodoh yang disiapkan Allah tidak mungkin datang begitu saja layaknya dongeng Cinderella atau Putri Salju. Berserah dan berpasrah diri bukan berarti diam dan membiarkan takdir mengatur roda kehidupan kita. Namun, berserah dan berpasrah adalah bersedia menanggung segala konsekuensi dari pilihan hidup kita. That’s the point!! Kaum wanita yang 2:1 banyaknya itu sudah selayaknya berusaha dan berani menentukan pilihan serta siap menanggung apapun resikonya, bukan berdiam diri berharap sang pangeran tampan berjubah puih akan datang suatu hari nanti. Cinta sejati bukan datang tiba-tiba tapi adalah suatu proses, proses dimana dua insan dengan karakter berbeda dapat saling menekan ego masing-masing demi langgengnya suatu hubungan. Itulah konsekuensi yang harus ditanggung. Berserah dan berpasrah bukan berarti diam atau lari di tempat, melainkan terus menjalani hidup, memilih jalan hidup, dan siap menanggung konsekuensi dari setiap pilihan hidup kita. Jangan selalu menganggap bahwa setiap peristiwa yang terjadi dalam hidup kita adalah murni campur tangan Allah. Jika Allah yang mengatur semuanya, lalu apakah gunanya Allah memberikan akal budi pada manusia? Apa bedanya manusia dengan hewan atau tumbuhan? Mungkin saat inilah manusia harus merubah paradigma mereka tentang konsep “jodoh” dan “cinta sejati”. Hidup itu tidak seindah layaknya di negeri dongeng dimana semua berakhir dengan kebahagiaan dan semua mendapatkan pasangan hidup yang sesuai dengan harapan. Bukalah mata, lihat sekitar anda mulailah bergerak mencari pasangan hidup anda, bukan yang seperti anda inginkan, bukan pula yang mau menyebrangi lautan demi anda, bukan yang tampan atau berlimpah secara materi. Namun, lihat lebih dekat ke sekeliling anda mungkin ada seseorang yang luput dari perhatian anda. Seseorang yang mungkin tidak seperti anda bayangkan atau idam-idamkan. Mulailah bergerak, berhentilah menjadi orang-orang skeptis yang berserah pada takdir karena dengan begitu anda telah menyia-nyiakan hadiah terindah dari Sang Khalik, yaitu akal budi dan hati nurani (Igy)
